Khalid Ahmad

Tan Sri Khalid Ahmad is the BN Secretary in Penang. He is also the Deputy Chairman for the Appeals Board of Penang, which handles appeals on Town Planning in the state. [1] He is the second BN man to serve in the opposition-controlled state government.
